"I only gave 1 star bc 0 is not an option. No matter if you go to this location or order through door dash, the order is always messed up. I always get the same thing: nachos with no beans and no tomatoes yet I’m always getting nachos with beans and tomatoes… today we tried something new, Doritos tacos with no tomatoes…. All 6 have tomatoes"
"Placed a mobile order for the drive thru to make it easy, it was after 9pm and we hadn't eaten dinner. It wasn't busy and only the drive thru was open due to the time of day. We waited more than 20 minutes in the drive thru, which is ridiculous for "fast" food. After all that, we get home and realize that they didn't give me the fries that I ordered and paid for. The food that we did get was at least still warm and seemed fresh, which was the only good thing about our visit. We are extremely disappointed with the visit and unlikely to return. Don't waste your money! (The Wendy's nearby is far better)"
"We ordered grilled cheese burritos, which were great . Also ordered a three piece chicken combo at $9.19 and this is what we got . Did not see this til we hit home twenty minutes later. Not acceptable!!! Three chicken legs that were harder than a sewer man’s kneecap"
"We ordered a 16pc dinner pack with 4 large sides- coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and fries. We were supposed to get 8 biscuits. In the pictures is all we received and we verified it with the cashier that it was our order because the incorrect number was called (one off). When we got home and opened everything to serve dinner, and we were missing literally half of our meal. There were 8pcs of chicken that were just barely cooked, mashed potatoes and gravy, 4 biscuits and fries. I attempted to call the restaurant three times with no answer. It rang until it was disconnected. I was appalled at how the restaurant was run. I’ve worked in fast food before and have never seen things run as poorly as they were at this establishment. I’m more upset that I spent $50 on dinner and only got $30 worth of food."
