"February 1, 2024 ordered the fillet food and service was phenomenal. Come back today ordered the 16 ounce prime rib as you can see from picture attached the amount of fat that was on the prime rib. Wasn’t busier than normal the waitress got the drink water on the Caesar salad, and tasted like they just use mayonnaise and stretched the Caesar dressing they had in the back Also was out of the Parmesan cheese for the salad. Did not get utensils to eat, until after the salad arrived and had to ask for them the prime rib was tough and rubbery me and my family will not be back any time soon."

"Had to wait 2 hours after we were told it would only be 30 minutes, when we finally got seated and ordered it took another hour to get our food and it was cold. This is the second time we have been served cold food and no one seemed to care. Not going to go back and pay that much for cold food. When I take my family out to eat, I hey deserve better."

"Check in was odd and hostess not exactly friendly. Bathrooms dirtiest of any Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been to. Cleaning chemicals that they obviously don’t use left out in the bathroom ! Waitress was great ribs were not."

"I was amazed at how bust they were at the time of day. There was a 15 minute wait at 3:30 pm. They open at 3:00. The food was really good. My waitress was super helpful and friendly. I will simply say this. Personally i do not like the seasoning they put on there steaks. I had only eaten at a Texas Road House once before and had forgotten this detail. I Personally will definitely return, just the next time I'll order my steak without the seasoning."
