"Pharmacy better staffed usually, but store needs more well trained/oriented caring personal, especially please provide at least 1-2 employees per section, as in electronics who stay there and are knowledgeable and helpful. I've walked out more than once without buying anything because I couldn't find what I was looking for and no one to ask."

"Every month it seems like they do not at least one of the medicines I take when it is time to refill. I don't understand in this day and age why they cannot tell that they have so many people refilling certain things on certain dates and they need to have it in stock. It is really bad for me when they are out of insulin and don't bother to call and say anything so I can try to find it elsewhere. I have been going there for years and this is a constant problem."

"Simply the best experience. I have prostate cancer and got a shot every six months. The second shot (end of June had a different manufacturer and that one gave me the fits.I started scratching my body at night bloody, from neck to toe (Yes!) even though I wore gloves and arm sleeves. My primary care physician finally came up with the solution: Cholestyramine from Upsher Smith with 40 mg prednisone. It worked! Within three days, the itching stopped. That should have the end of my problems, but noooo... My next refill was made by PAR. Of all things, it compounded the problem. So, on Monday, October 24, I returned the full box to my pharmacy and was promised the correct (for me) version by Friday afternoon. So I went to pick it up. At that time, I was informed that the pharmacy was not allowed to order that brand I needed. A fine mess considering that I was out of porches (3 per day). I had the prescription transferred to my PCP'so pharmacy, which is in house with his offices. I drove over and talked with the pharmacist, who promised to have it on Monday for sure. I went to pick it up at that time. The pharmacist explained that she tried to call me all day. Funny, nobody told her that you actually had to dial a number to call someone. Didn't look like she knew it yet. So, I asked to transfer the prescription online Walmart. She promptly sent it to the wrong store. Luckily I saw what she tried to do and got that straight. Meanwhile, it was not getting earlier, but there was enough I mean. I explained my problem and was promised quick help, and with the regional managers approval should get it in two days. I had four pouches left, all from the wrong manufacturer. Enough to stretch it; well actually one day less than I needed. I could already feel the change in my skin. Weird, to say it mildly. I knew from prior experience that my skin scratching would begin that night. Sure enough, it did. Luckily, I had some shopping to do in the morning. When I went past the pharmacy one person came out (name later) and told me that the correct item had already been approved, and would be ready that afternoon. You have no idea about the relief I felt! OK, the store is number 4593 (?), Old York Road in Rock Hill, SC. I want thank everybody involved in helping me. Without heating anyone else?
