"The place was empty but even so, The hash browns weren’t cooked all the way and despite it saying cream cheese several times on the slip my bagel didn’t come with any. I would have returned but we were in a rush and didn’t notice the bagel til after I suffered through the soggy, oily potato blobs."
"As far as Customer Service goes this location is pretty consistent with that. All of the people i have come in contact with are Really nice and friendly. I’m not sure what’s going on with the donut holes. There’s barely any glaze on them and they’re very dry. And when you’re taking them to a gathering and everyone’s talking about it, that seems to be a problem."

"The bathrooms were disgusting!! The staff that helped me made several mistakes with my order and I was the only customer in line at the time. Parking lot had broken glass in one of the parking spots which we ran over. Hopefully we won’t get a flat tire."
