"ordered dinner for family here. food was good but ordered a large fry and never got. I called and let them know and basically they said to come back and pick it up , that they don’t do refunds to cards or give any type of credits. I was too far to come back but the whole thing was annoying as I shouldn’t be charged for something i never received due to their mistake."
"We traveled from attica to this location of John and marys because a week earilier we had great tasting food and good service. This time, we waited 20 minutes for our order and received the wrong soup. The gal that took our order was rude and condescending. My money is good everywhere and I will spend it at a business that appreciates our business! I would love to hear from the manager or owner."
"Surprisingly spectacular little place. My family got split up, half going to Niagara and stopped at the border so about 5 of us stopped here while we waited. We had some sandwiches, pizza and pasta. Its a simple place, so don't expect much more than a tasty meal, on a paper plate, but we came away happy and full."
"Family's been coming here for years and this is probably the last for me. We called in a large order of 12 subs and only 4 of them were correct. 4 chicken finger subs and only one was right, the cheese was hard and dry and 2 hot were dry. Whole subs were only made as halfs and missing toppings as ordered. Definitely disappointed in this order from times past. If we hadn't driven over an hour for the pickup I'd definitely be going back for a refund."
"Great place to stop for a treat! You can enjoy a variety of hard ice cream or soft ice cream. They have a friendly staff with both indoor and outdoor seating. The pizza was average."
