"They took over an hour to give us our order we were waiting in the restaurant for over a half hour and many other customers were given our food before us. After we paid we continued to wait even longer for our food. Would not recommend"

"This place is downright atrocious. Walked in there and it looked like a run down 3rd world kitchen. No place to even sit down and eat, stains all over the walls, and a dingy aroma filling the air. The man who took my order had no idea how to count change, insane right? Let alone speak a lick of English. One good thing I can say was the food was done in five minutes (Let’s just say that didn’t help much though). I ordered the general Tso’s chicken, pork fried rice, and an egg roll. To start the eggroll was just a sloppy conglomerate of mush and greese. The rice was downright horrible, it had absolutely no flavor, might as well just have been plain white rice. And don’t even get me started on the pork. The pork was literally inedible, was like chewing on a rubber tire, just couldn’t get the stuff down. Onto the chicken I don’t even know what to say. Just soggy, mushy, chewy, and inconsistent. It’s like they took months old freezer burned chicken, let it thaw out, and then threw it in a wok with the sauce and sesame seeds. Honestly this place is a health hazard to the public. Within ten minutes of eating 1/10 of the meal I ordered I was in the bathroom throwing up. I couldn’t finish the other 9/10 of the meal for the life of me. Please do yourself a favor and never order from this god for saken cesspool. Any good review on here must have a case of lunacy or mush brain cause this was just disgusting."

"I received NO sweet and sour sauce with my SWEET AND SOUR chicken. They promised me a free lunch, but gave me no verification. He said the would "remember" The food we were able to eat had a nasty greasy taste to it. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Go spend the extra few dollars and go to China One. They wanted me to come pick up the sauce, well, duh, if I could drive and go get my food, I would have. I don't drive, there being the reason I ordered from a delivery service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! NOPE NOPE AND NOPE."

"I've come to the decision this is the best Chinese in the Cheektowaga area. I once stopped in when I was sick and really enjoyed everything but didn't know if it was just because I was sick or not. After trying again multiple times, my suspicions we're confirmed. The egg rolls are great, the soup is so good and the broth actually has a distinct flavor. Great Wonton Soup but the Chicken Rice which a lot of places don't always have is one of my favorites. General Tso's is excellent and you get to choose your spiciness level. I especially like their Beef Teriyaki. And alsways get Shrimp Toast. The staff is always friendly and they even sometimes give you free samples. Love Great Wok!"
