"I purchased a GMC Sierra which I paid over $62k for. I also purchased a tonneau cover that I paid over $500 for. I had to come back to pick it up, I live 48 mile away. I was told that I would be charged $100 to install it. I installed it myself in your parking lot in the rain, it took me 11 minutes. I guess your dealership didn't think you made enough from me. LOL"

Front desk guy thinks he's a multi tasking pro....nope, you're making 30 people stand around waiting for you to "do it all" while the rest of the crew stands around with their hands down their pants. He tried to charge me (because he thought I'm a clueless female) $84 for each light bulb to be put in, took my 14 year old less then 4 min to pop em in...... A group of real low grade "mechanics" with zero customer service skills, zero honesty, kindness or consideration. I grew up in shops, I couldn't believe the lack of work ethic,"
