"Kenny at the counter was amazing. He made sure to get my order right and said "as long as your order is right, that's all that matters" which was very reassuring for a fast food place. I had a large list of items to get for my family and he took his time with me and repeated it back to make sure it was correct. A+ customer service from him!"
"Went for lunch with wife. Food was good. They had to correct the order though, prepares didn't read the order screen and mis prepared the burger and chicken sandwiches. Place was clean and the order was immediately corrected when they were told it was wrong. Will go back."
"I am a GrubHub delivery driver. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the girl who was working the counter on the evening of September 16, 2023. She had long dark hair in a ponytail, if that helps. Anyway, I just wanted to commend her for the extremely friendly and efficient service she provided when I was at your restaurant picking up an order for my customer. As you know, quality customer service is becoming a rarer and rarer thing nowadays, and it's important to recognize those who still provide it. She is an asset to your restaurant."
"You could see the smoke coming from the top of the restaurant, showing they are really flame broiling your food. The smell is inviting and we followed our noses to the drive thru window. The food was very good and we all enjoyed our meals while driving back home. They man at the window was friendly and relaxed. Very efficient service. We think they are that good because they might have good management on site."
