"This is the first time I come to this restaurant. I was so excited at first to try their sashimi and other food. However, the quality is really bad. We ordered a sashimi sample, katsu curry rice and Unaju Don. The quality sashimi was really bad, and temperature of the sashimi was too cold. The Katsu curry rice was too salty and I couldnt eat it after a few bite. I have to give it to my boyfriend to finish the plate. The picture of the Unaju Don in the menu was not real. The truth is it only came with just half size of the picture in the menu. The portion is small and it taste really salty as well. I am so pissed and will never recommend anyone to come eat. I will never come again. This is the worst japanese food restaurant I have ever had. P.S. the waitress took away our chopstick when we havnt start eating. I was shocked."
"Got all sorts of menu items and nothing disappointed in the slightest. Had some sushi, yakasoba noodles, Kim chi, a Scorpion bowl, and some fried chicken. Everything was delicious and brought out with haste. Highly recommend as it's my girlfriend's new favourite place. Looking forward to the hibachi!"
"Went to Taisho bistro on hertel scenery was nice got in server was nice food to bland for my liking the ramen bowl had no flavor only thing good was the egg shrimp was clean but lacked flavor then I ordered the hibachi filet mignon and chicken I knew immediately that steak was not filet mignon filet mignon doesn’t have gristle that was regular steak … waiter came over and I asked what kind of steak it was I informed him it doesn't taste like Filet mignon and the texture was not of filet mignon (it was regular steak) he continued to insult my intelligence and tell me it was like sir had you honored the price I would of gave you more than 5 dollar tip (you lucky I even tipped at all ) smh I ordered 2 desserts Fried cheesecake and mochi ice cream it was interesting but I feel like I wasted 100 dollars I rather take the trip to nyc where the cooks aren’t afraid to add flavor in the ramen"
"We had a quick bite here before the show at North Park Theatre across the street. We let the server know we had limited time and she was very efficient. The sushi and soups were awesome. We will definitely be back for a longer meal."
