"Walked in their boutique first no one came out until 10 minutes after we were there then the associate told us we need an appointment asked me to fill out a form then another associate came out I showed her my insurance card and in a snooty voice she proceeded to say "oh we don't take the insurance" there was no compassion for a person that just had a mastectomy they acted like they were looked down at you. After having to go through such a dramatic and emotional surgery these women made me feel inaccurate."
