Perri's Pizzeria

"Asked for a medium thin white pizza and essentially got cheesy garlic bread. They don’t offer a “white” pizza online but have a 4 cheese pizza which is a white pizza. However, instead of that being their go to white, you just get the garlic sauce and cheese. And heaven forbid someone at the register says “we don’t offer just a white pizza but our signature “white” is our 4 cheese”. Problem solved. But nope, when I called the manager said he personally divided the dough for a thin crust medium, sounds like he just eye balled it instead of weighing it (why is there no corporate weight?) and gave me a hard time about how how I ordered, saying I was wrong and didn’t even hear me out on maybe having the cashiers say the change. Let alone I waited 30 minutes and it’s barely cooked. Never again. Response to store manager: I ordered in store (waited 30 minutes), asked for a white pizza and this is what I was given. So there was no confusion about ordering online, just no communication from the person I was ordering with."

"Haven't been back in over a year from having numerous bad customer experiences. Thought I would give them another try since they are less than a mile away. Went two days this week to purchase a couple of slices, both times a bad experiences again. Horrible customer service, both times, with no other customers in the store. They don't acknowledge you when you come to the counter to order, you need to ask for help and then wait 20 minutes to get a slice of pre-made pizza. One girl was behind the counter folding shirts, I was completely ignored. Another girl walked by me 3 times before asking if I needed help.The pizza is not even that good. I will never go to this location again. I would rather drive the extra 6 miles and go to a pizza place that serves it customers right and has good pizza. It is 12/31/2023, So it has been another year since I have gone to Perri's in Spencerport. I received a coupon in the mail for a free slice when you buy a slice, so I decided to try them again, even though I was hesitant. I went there, ordered two slices, presented my coupon and was told by the employee they CAN NOT HONOR MY COUPON because it is New Years Eve Day! WHAT! I was like, your joking, right? NO, no joke, two girls said we can't accept your coupon. Now these are slices that are already made, it is 3 in the afternoon, no other customers were there and they were not that busy because employees were just walking around. Why can't you honor your coupon? Simply don't send out coupons if you don't want to honor them. I only went there again because of the coupon. I should have known better, now I do. A big zero for customer service."

"Cardboard pizza at its finest! Horrible pizza, way too much sauce. Everytime you go in, young rude kids working take forever. If the food was good you’d put up with the rudeness, but food sucks too. Owner doesn’t care about anything. Our card was charged twice and they said to email Mike perri, he looks like he’s too busy eating instead of taking care of his lousey grind business. Wouldn’t give this clown a penny for a gumball."

"We do Crazy Tuesday’s and it’s a great affordable option during our busy week! Never had a problem and the pizza and wings are pretty consistent. No complaints"

"Might be my favorite pizza joint within driving distance of my house. This applies to both locations Hilton and Gates. Pizza never disappoints, always get what I order, ordering online is easy and the workers are very pleasant. Note: they do not take cash."
