"The 2 boys working were super friendly and were excited to help. The best customer service experience I've had in a while. The store was clean and the food was made quickly"

"Of the times I have come to this subway this was the worst, the one who served us did it in a racist way, I had to ask if the coffee was ready because she didn't even tell us, she didn't give us napkins and she never gave us a friendly gesture ...so sad"

"Visited 3/22/23 around 9am. The employee working was very rude. She acted like we were bothering her. We ordered steak egg and cheese Flatbread. She toasted it bur, when we sat down to eat it everything was still cold. I went to the register to let her know even shouted hello and she never came out of the back room. We were there waiting for our car to get fixed about an hour and we never saw her the whole time we sat there. She also charged me 6.00 each for an extra tray of steak on each sub. So 2 large Flatbread breakfast sandwiches and 2 small drinks was 40.00. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. HIRE DECENT WORKERS WHO ARE NOT RUDE."

"Absolutely the worst experience at a subway ever. I was there on Saturday 6/4 @ around 2:30 pm. The kid who made our subs seemed like he was in training or just starting out (no name tag) and there was a lady who seemed like she had been there for some time. First of all, the kid took about 15-18 minutes to prepare the 2 footlongs and a 6 inch sub I ordered. After he was done toasting the bread, which by the way was not toasted properly because it was still a bit cold and chewy when we ate it and the cheese was not even melted, the lady started to prep the one footlong. She had barely put any of the veggies my wife had requested for. So we had to request her to put extra and it still wasn't enough. (Extra olives for her meant literally 2 pieces of them). Then this kid was prepping the other footlong and the 6 inch. After every single veggie, he would wipe his hands on his apron, which was not hygienic. He did the normal amount of veggies but not in any uniform way. When I requested for lettuce, he took a bunch, which also had the stem part with all the lettuce still intact and put it on there. I had to ask him to remove that part. Olives were in a cluster and so were the pickles. I had also asked for cucumbers for all my subs and it seemed like it was zucchini instead of cucumbers. After all of this, when he tried to close the sub, he made a mess of it. Everything was falling apart. I had to take out the veggies in plate and put some back on and eat it that way. I was on my way to Canada and was passing through the town, hence why I did not have the time to go back and get the all taken care of because that would have taken another 15-20 minutes, which I did not have."

"One person working and fairly new. We understand. On other visits my mother said they keep telling her next time (for free sub ). We inquired on this visit and the cashier looked it up and showed us. We didn’t qualify. Why do we keep getting told next time. I emailed corporate and no reply. No phone either provided for corporate."
