"As someone who frequents many local Tims. This will be the only location I'll highly recommend. I've been to at least five other Tims in the area and this Spencerport location is the only one with consistently high customer service. It's the only location where I feel the staff is consistently looking to serve and help. I've never felt like "just another transaction" --- If the owner of this location owns others nearby locations, I would look to this store as an example. Thank you for staying open past five, having two dollar happy hour lattes and never treating me like I'm an inconvenience. Kudos."
"this applies to only one item - a walnut crutch donut. What a disappointment - nothing walnut about it. It is a chocolate log shaped donut with absolutely no walnut taste at all. Need to do so much better T.H."
"So, went there this morning, yes it was very busy. Sent thru drive thru. Women had a complete attitude. Wasn't paying attention half the time we were giving our order. Repeated out order not even kidding 8 times before we were told to pull forward. Then food was wrong, given wrong donut after again repeating it twice at the window face to face. Very unpleasant the whole time."
"Best Tim Hortons in the area by far! They always get my order correct. Their drinks taste good and are consistent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will literally go out of my way to go to this Tim’s when I’m craving it."
"Oof. I normally wouldn't leave a review for a chain restaurant but the inconsistencies of this location is terrible. I have gone two times where they were out of bread for certain sandwiches. One time they stated their grill was down. Yesterday I ordered a grilled cheese panini. Not only was the bread barely toasted and cold the cheese wasn't melted whatsoever. I only gave it 2 stars because the staff are nice . Quality control needs to be looked into."
