"We arrived at 7:02 pm to pick up an online order that we placed for our vacation. The doors were locked because they closed at 7pm. I flagged down a worker but she refused to talk to me and no one would answer the phone. We didn't need to shop We literally just needed to pick up our order We already paid for. What happened to customer service? This company and store has lost our business."

"I came into the store and Madison grabbed my attention straight away! She was able to help me the minute walked into the store, til the minute walked out, I have my very first nephew being born soon she was able to help me order something that wasn't even in the store. She deserves a round of applause and a bonus. Will definitely be stopping by again soon."

"I had a hard time finding my son's size. A worker finally asked if I needed help. She went back and found his size in the back and brought it out to me. I stood in line for at least 10 minutes while one worker was cashing out a customer...or whatever she was doing was taking forever. Meanwhile my kids are getting antsy and no one else working there would pop into another register. I left without the clothes in my hands because I just couldn't wait any longer. It was really disappointing. It wasn't even that busy. Someone really should have helped the girl cashing because she was obviously having a difficult time."

"I really like the store and they have good deals and coupons every day. I have 1yo twins and maneuvering a compact double stroller was very hard, I probably knocked over a ton of stuff. They also don't have carts, which if ur shopping with kids its very difficult or even by yourself if ur buying lots of stuff . It also doesn't help that on this visit I was waiting in check out line forever since not enough people working, and there's a screaming kid in front of you who won't stop & their mom threatens to leave if kid won't stop, but actually never leaves!!!"
