"Nice hours. Enough staff to accommodate customers. Clean dining areas. No condiments out to add sugars or stirrers. First time at a Tim Hortons. Definitely will try again. Especially when I’m strictly a Dunkin fan."

"My husband and I stopped at this Tim Hortons location on our way to get our Christmas Tree this year. We ordered hot chocolates and timbits. Once we got to the tree farm, we dug into the timbits, and unfortunately, the first one I picked out and ate had a piece of glass in it! On our way back from the tree farm, my husband and I stopped back in with the box of timbits we purchased and the piece of glass I bit. The girl at the register said, “oh yeah, that’s probably from the sliding door that broke this morning,” not even bothering to apologize or even clear out the rest of the baked goods in the case before others also bite down on a piece of glass! She ended up bringing another female employee over who asked me what I wanted done, due to the glass. What kind of customer service is that? I just asked for a refund, which she provided for the timbits, and left. Never going to this location again, nor do I recommend!!!"

"***NEW MANAGEMENT (or owner mentality) REQUIRED*** This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The only reason it's still open is because it's a Tim Hortons. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed with how it's being run. That said, I half think that it's owner is responsible for the lack in staff, and the lack in preparation of that staff at any given time. This is what happens when they forget that this is a service based establishment, and only seem to car about the bottom line. Breakfast sandwiches have been consistently bad. Not one has had the English muffins even remotely toasted. This should be an absolute given. You shouldn't have to ask for an English muffin on a breakfast sandwich to be toasted. Not to mention that they regularly run out of hash browns during known rush times. It doesn't take an overabundance of foresight to fix this, but they consistently miss the mark. I absolutely love Tim Hortons, but the quality coming out of this location has caused me to reconsider."

"For a fast food service, it was fast, however we had to rejoin the line because our order was not correct, (again- this is common at this location). We had purchased meals and sides were not bagged. When we re-approached the window for these sides, there were multiple employees at the window, yet we still had to wait. The sides were handed out with no apology, just thrust out the window. The employee didn't even look at me. Also, for my beverage, I ordered a cup of water and the cup lip was bent and leaking. You would think the employee would pull the cup in and give out a new one, but instead just watched as she dripped water while handing me the cup."

"This is only my second time eating here. I had a western omelette bites. I came to that decision only after ordering three different sandwiches and they were all out of them. So other than the frustration of them running out of the food that I want, it's really a good place to go fast service and interesting food."
