"Probably the worst McDonald's in Buffalo. Food is pricey,staff is terrible, and the it takes forever for the food. The mcflurry was nice cream with Oreo on top it's a terrible place. Then the drive thru you order and they push you to the front and forget about you waiting on your food that your paid for. Save your self the hassle go to Denny's better food and better service."

"Left without food So erm it was not that good.. The service is absolutely horrible. They take 30 minutes just to get your order. They completely ignore the customers for 30 minutes. They mostly get ur order wrong if u order more then fries and a sandwich. Or just that. The employees have also extremely foul language.. Most people even leave without getting their food. I would give them a 0 if I could.. floor was dirty and employees seemed clueless. They mostly on focus on the drive thru."

"Definitely NOT VERY CLEAN.. a few times I had to wait a hour and a half for a order. They were also very disrespectful and ignored the customers..they also have very foul language. Ask for a burger with no ketchup.. they give u ketchup.. they get ALOT of things wrong.. just no"

"Waited 30 mins for 4 ice creams in an empty store. Then employees complained about remaking ice cream since they melted instead of being served in one order. Then was served ½ a mcflurry. Disappointing to say the least"

"I wish I thought to take a photo while I was in there, I’m sure other restaurants have this problem being that bugs are attracted to light at night however there were thousands at the least, bugs WITHIN the store. I have never left a google review as I don’t usually care enough, however this was terrifying to see. There is absolutely no way there are not bugs in the food and the drinks, even overheard the associates making hesitant comments that there are bugs in the orders before serving, I definitely can’t eat there nor should anyone. I understand the workers just want to be paid but I would have immense guilt."
