"I myself like everyone else had ordered ahead knowing it was a busy day for Franco’s, but still had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for my food to be ready, which wasn’t the most ideal when you have guests waiting, but your staff was working so hard with such a long line of people & they were doing an AMAZING job!! I am very pleased with how well they handled such a stressful situation, even when ‘Karen’ came in complaining and yelling at them about the situation, which was uncalled for! I am so glad i ordered with you all, always happy with your service, worth the wait!! Thank you & your staff deserves more appreciation!! Thank you all who worked Halloween!!"
"Ordered 10 wings and a pizza. This is what I got when I opened the box. Tried to call and email that I got shorted wings and was ignored on both. Not great service or quality of food for the price."
"So disappointed with Francos lately...twice now we ordered extra cooked wings. The box was leaking sauce today...the pizza was too saucy as well..guess it's time to take a break from them. They used to be so good. I can eat several pieces usually. Didn't even finish my one today."
