"Worst customer service i've ever experienced. I ordered food for my daughters first birthday party on December 21st, 2023. They told me to come at 530pm. I arrived at 535pm. I didn't get my pizza until 625pm. They made me wait there almost an hour, i missed my daughters birthday. instead of telling me "we forgot to put your pizzas in the oven, can you come back in 45 minutes" they had me stand there waiting, each time i asked how much longer they lied "10 more minutes". I asked to talk to a manager and got "she cannot talk"....then after calling Dec 23rd to talk to manager "I'll have a higher manager call you"...that didn't happen either. Go to any of the other pizzerias in the area!"

"Emily from Wurlitzer makes vegan pizzas. They are the best vegan pizzas for parties. We Buffalo residents are fortunate for having them. I once took 6 huge vegan pizzas for an event and everyone said they loved it and some notes down the name of the restaurant. I also LOVE their vegan ice creams and other desserts. Very tasty ❤️"

"If you are a vegan or plant-based eater living in or visiting WNY, run—don’t walk—to Wurlitzer Pizza now. If you love dill pickles, I recommend the garlic dill pickle pizza. But the vegan stuffed banana peppers… these are a *must*. Just, wow. I’ve heard the wings are also incredible, along with basically every other item on the vegan menu. I live down in the city and made the trip all the way up to NT so that I could enjoy some good comfort food on my birthday. 100% worth the extra drive and I will definitely be revisiting again and again. As a recent transplant from NYC (where delectable vegan food abounds), all I have to say is: thank you, WPC!!!"

"The vegan options are OUTSTANDING. It’s so amazing that they not only offer so many options but they put so much hard work and creativity into providing those options as well. It’s legit like our whole own pizza place experience which is incredible. The vegan taco is also so good! You can’t forget to stop at the ice cream counter for some plant based treats either. So grateful to have a place like this in NT!"

"Who would have thought that a tiny pizza place in North Tonawanda would have such a large vegan selection. We got the vegan chicken finger sub and oh my goodness, it was delicious. I think they subbed chicken for tofu, but you could barely tell. We also got the Mediterranean pizza on thin crust with garlic seasoning and it was super good. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for some not so healthy but delicious drinking food."
