"Absolutely horrible management! My daughter found a piece of plastic in her food. I called they told me “well that’s weird, we don’t have anything plastic here.” What’s your utensils made from? Or the cups that are plastic material?…. It could have been anything. And things happen. I’m not mad it was in there. I’m mad because of their response to the situation. Personally I would want to know so that I could examine the rest of the food so nobody else would experience that."
