"Haley was amazing. She made a new sandwich for me after receiving the first one without being cut diagonally as I requested. It wasn't cut at all, it was "broken". I was shocked but she made up for it. She apologized. Great customer service. Hopefully the new workers will take their training seriously. Taking pride in your job counts a lot not just with the job but I'm life!"
"Must be 18 to enter to get a donut? The people working here are teenagers yet teens aren't welcome as customers. No one wants criminals but a well behaved 17 year old in college with a full time job should not be prevented from getting a donut. Crazy and feels illegal."

Just a note to all Tim Hortons in general and not this place, specifically the cold brew is great, but if you could stir it when it has add ons like cream and sugar, it would be appreciated. "The line here is pretty fast. Today, we ordered bagels with butter but got cream cheese instead. But we go there often and have only had them mess up our orders twice. The first time, they corrected it. This time, we didn't have time to turn around to get it fixed. But normally the employees are very happy and accommodating so I'm sure if I went back they would have fixed it!"
