"Today I called the pharmacy to check on my daughters prescription. I spoke with Lauren, who went out of her way to help me! She was very polite, warm and friendly. She offered not only to check on the status of prescription, but went above and beyond to research it more, and learned that the manufacturer was out of stock. Lauren kindly offered me a few options, and we agreed on an over the counter face wash with same active ingredient. Lauren offered to find the product on the shelf while I waited, and put it on hold until my daughter can pick it up in a few days. I was extremely pleased to interact with such a pleasant and helpful pharmacy technician like her. Thanks again, Lauren!"
