"Horrible experience. They didn’t put the lock on my unit on my scheduled move in day and I called them 3 times and left a note in the door after hours and got no reply. Finally someone answered after 3 days and they put the lock on. They called me again a few weeks later about something and left a voicemail. I called them back not ten minutes later 4 separate times and it went straight to voicemail. Terrible and unresponsive customer service by idiots who can’t do the most basic of jobs. Don’t go here, there are plenty of other better storage facilities."
