"I want to start this review off by saying I have used this specific Ingles pharmacy for the 7 years. It used to be the best in town but now it's just not. The staff is rude and I can tell they are short staffed but I am never in a hurry so please don't be short with me because you're stressed. It's happened repeatedly and I don't understand why it's progressively gotten worse besides the obvious pandemic related issues. We live in a town with what feels like dozens of pharmacy options so I would recommend somewhere else. I think they need to consider upper management support or change because they need it."
