"You go to other Byrne dairy’s they offer way more over night. I gotta be honest this is by far the worst Byrne dairy I’ve been at. And I’ve been to Cicero,central square,and Liverpool. Also Oswego. This place is a 100 times worse then any of the other ones. However Liverpool is the best by far."

"Went in for milk, a fountain drink and a slice of pizza. Came out with a gallon of milk, a drink I didn’t need anymore because they didn’t have any pizza. I didn’t want to waste the drink so I did pay for it. They had 3 slices of breakfast pizza that were from the morning and it was now 5:45pm in the evening. Plus the pizza looked awful because it was so old. Then I asked how long till a new pizza comes out and was told they would check and then said nope none is cooking. They didn’t ask if I’d like to wait for them to put one in the oven and how long it would take; they just said nope! Was not happy with the customer service at all. Normally I wouldn’t complain but the lack of quality and customer service was just so disappointing :( ! I hope they train the young staff they have working for them better soon or people will choose to stop somewhere else bc they won’t want to deal with you guys not having what they wanted the last time. So now u lost the stop completely and you lost a sale not only for pizza, but also gas, milk, bread, snacks etc.!!! Hope they take action to correct this!"
