"I mobile ordered ahead, waited an extra 20 minutes and, therefore, was late for an appt which they canceled on me because I was late. What's the point of mobile ahead if it is not ready on time? Never mind what you have done with points and half the time my drink is correct and half the time it is not. Sorry starbucks. I have given you plenty of chances. Using up my points and going back to McDonald's and Dunkin."
"I had ordered a medium vanilla latte with pumpkin spice muffin. While waiting, the cashier young lady was scratching her forehead and continue to take orders instead of sanitizing her hands. Then I noticed that she didn’t get my pumpkin spice muffin (which I am glad since she did not sanitized her hands). Another young lady ( in which she was very nice) came up to me and had given the muffin. But when I got home it was not baked fully. I am very disappointed."
