"Can someone please teach these employees you have to change your gloves after taking cash before touching food. The gloves are to protect the food not hands. This is the second time within a year."

"The bagels here are extremely good. This place makes their own cream cheese as well that is to die for. I will say that they do put a lot of cream cheese on their bagels, so if you don't like that, then ask for them to go light on the cream cheese. I'm also not the biggest fan on how they prepare their eggs when they make egg sandwiches. I would compare it to McDonald's. This place also serves my wife's favorite broccoli cheddar soup. She thinks it is better than Pannara's."

"This place has a great selection of bagels and spreads. The best in town. There's only two problems with this place. The first is the lack of vegetarian sandwiches, there are spreads, but they lack toppings. Some cucumbers, lettuce, micro greens, anything else besides just tomatoes will make it so much better. The second, and much worse problem. They don't have separate stations for sweet and savory sandwiches, or at least clean the station between sandwiches. Every single time I order a sweet bagel, it taste of onions, or whatever else was previously cut with that knife or was placed on the board. Same goes the other way, many times I've found sugar and cinammon on my salmon. This place can easily be 5 stars with some simple changes."

"I was so excited for Oswego to get what looks like a real bagel shop however all I have been is extremely disappointed. The first time I came in I was full of promise only to be let down. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese poorly cut and the cream cheese to be spread like butter not even enough to cover the bagel. I thought with the reviews being great maybe it was just a rough day so I let it go and gave it a second chance but yet again the same thing happened and I even asked for extra cream cheese. I didn’t want to make a fuss in the store as it was getting busy and the production of the bagels was already incredibly slow and the workers looked stressed. I’m not upset with the workers because clearly they weren’t trained enough to make a proper bagel. This is a management issue. So I thought I would display my lower quality bagel than Dunkin’ Donuts and end the photos with how a bagel should look like and how much cream cheese real bagel should have."
