"I was on my way from Ogdensburg, NY to Albany, NY during my normal weekly commute yesterday when I ran out of windshield washer fluid. Normally this is a no brainer and I just refill it myself and continue on my way. Well my hoodlatch was frozen due to rust and I couldn't get the reservoir refilled. I was in Port Leyden and wondering how in the heck I was going to make it down I-90 with a filthy windshield and no way to clean it... When I pulled into Boonville Fox Brothers was the first place I passed and I decided to pull in and see if they could help. I'm not sure who came to my assistance, but I cannot say enough good about this place! Immediately the gentleman came out, got my hood open and then proceeded to spray something on the hood latch so that it wouldn't seize up on my again and refused any sort of payment! This is exactly the sort of thing that small town businesses used to do all the time and rarely do anymore. THIS is service as it should be!! I may not be able to tell you this man's name, but I can tell you he has integrity, and takes pride in his work. If you are in the Boonville area and need work done, I suggest you take your vehicle here!"
