"Cash only at the soda fountain (why?) caught us off-guard but we happened to have cash so we got a milkshake which was good. Nice staff, quick service, good variety of flavors for ice cream & shakes. I'd like to come back to try their lunch menu which has pimento cheese & grilled cheese so those good options for vegetarians. Minus one star for the cash only bc it's not the 19th century anymore."
"We are visiting from out of town. Noticed they had a quick moving drive thru for medication pickups. Clayton Pharmacy has a Super cool atmosphere. They have old style sodas in glass bottles. Retro/vintage diner inside. A few arcade games for the kid’s (or adults) to play. The menu for the diner inside changes daily. It looked delicious but we already had dinner plans elsewhere. Purchased some toiletries we forgot to pack to support this locally owned business instead of going to the dollar store to save a few dollars. The cashier was cheerful and friendly. We plan to go back before we head out of town to try a milk shake or something from the diner."
