The Bayside Grill

"First time trying out this restaurant and was not a great experience. Ordered the spinach dip to start which was pretty mediocre, stale chips. The crispy buffalo chicken sandwich does not come on a garlic toasted roll (it came on a soggy sub bun), the French dip was a Philly cheese steak it also says it comes on a garlic toasted baguette which was not the case it came on the same soggy bun that was with the buffalo crispy chicken sandwich, we got a side of mac and cheese and french fries, safe to say the French fries were the only enjoyable part of our meal along with the ranch. As we are servers we understand that sometimes the food is the issue and we were totally understanding of this, however when bringing it up to our server who happened to be the owner she was quite rude and unprofessional, she also brought who imagine is her child with her and said that it was clear on the menu what we had ordered, when we pointed out that the buns were the exact same (when on the menu says they are two different buns), she said that it was a “soft baguette” which is a straight up lie because they weren’t remotely close to a baguette more like hot dog bun. Overall this experience was pretty negative and not enjoyable. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would, definitely wouldn’t recommend."

"Shrimp scampi was delish and my husbands strip steak and fries were even more delicious. Our waitress was attentive and talkative, which we love. We Will definately be back"

"Cute friendly place. The girl bartenders very sweet and their service was excellent. French onion was perfect and the Rigatoni I fell in love. Everything was really good. Best part nothing was salty which is usually a problem with both dishes I ordered."

"We were a party of eight, reservations for 5:00. We sat outside for a beverage, and then went inside for dinner. It was so warm in the back room (no AC), we ended up going back outside. Our meals were generally very good! I had pesto chicken and shrimp Alfredo, which was 5*. My husband had the prime rib Oscar, which was 4+*. We also had calamari, which was not worth the high price. Service was good and the entertainment was also good. We will definitely go again!"

"We had dinner and drinks at Bayside today. The pretzel was a good shareable appetizer and all the entrees were tasty. Very good service too. Mixed drinks were so good! Try the strawberry daiquiri and ask for it with Malibu rum. So good. Loved the patio dining area with views of the St. Lawrence River! Glad we came!"
