"The Dollar General in Gouverneur is the dirtiest, nastiest, most disorganized and disgusting Dollar General I've ever been in. . everything is thrown all over. It's worse than a thrift store. Their products are junk. They had neither thing I went in for after I spent the first 5 minutes walking around trying to find the cleaning aisle. Everything is so packed in and it's everywhere. The aisles are all cluttered and it just looks gross and disgusting. I will never take the time out of my day to stop at this gross disgusting excuse for a Dollar General ever again. I couldn't even rate it. I was so disgusted. I didn't even want to give it one star"
"One of the WORST dollar general stores i have seen. Staff is rude and obnoxious. Never a friendly face when you walk in. Aisles are cluttered and hard to navigate just an all around horrible store."
"Gouverneur Dollar General is the most dirty, disgusting store I have ever shopped at. Cannot get down an isle, items thrown on the shelves, floors are filthy and can never find what you need because there are boxes everywhere! I will travel the extra miles and go to Harrisville store if I need to."

"We couldn't really do any shopping cause instead of waiting till over night or closing the store, they didn't. They were replacing the shelves, so about half the store shelves were empty. Maybe they should think things out and plan better."
