"I've been going here for some time and wanted to update my review to reflect how consistent and wonderful the food and service have been here! It's one of my favorite places to eat and my go-to in Oswego. Old review: I ordered the "Kitchen Sink" for delivery and loved it! I asked for my eggs over medium and for my home fries and bacon to be extra crispy. All of my food was perfect and I look forward to ordering from here again soon!"

"Slow to welcome and seat a guest and in taking their beverage and food order despite the dining area not having but 2 other parties. I suspect a lack of staff that day. Regardless, the staff was friendly, and the food was worth the wait. I loved being able to order a pot of tea, which I took the time to thoroughly enjoy. The attention to service picked up while dining and checking out."

"When we went it was a little hectic, as a lot of people showed up all at once. The tea was excellent, but one pot only really work for one person. The food was okay, the Rasin French toast is really good. There were only 2 servers who with the sheer number of people that arrived all at once, kept getting confused and lost. I'd be willing to try again and see if it's better next time."

"Best breakfast spot in Oswego!! The Kitchen Sink is one of the best breakfast dishes I’ve had since moving to NY from the south. Cozy environment with a huge selection of coffee and tea. The raisin bread is the best I’ve ever had. Oswego Tea Company deserves way more recognition than they get. Will most certainly be back!"
