""Sarah" at the drop off counter was nice enough to humiliate me TWICE in front of total strangers and ALL of the pharmacy personel by talking about my prescription, and why they wouldn't fill it based on my medical stats, AND stated what my stats were, at extremely high volume. I've had the prescription previously and my stats were the same as they are now so I was confused. After asking her to lower her voice, she said "sorry" but continued to speak at the same volume. Then when I calmly explained to her that I had a new dr and the prescription didn't appear to be what I had before, thinking maybe that was the issue, she practically made fun of the reason I have the prescription and then humiliated me again by saying it loud enough for the entire pharmacy area to hear it. I complained to the pharmacist (in tears) how unprofessional this was, and that this humiliated me and she blank face nodded with mhmm, mhmmm, and apologized but literally had nothing else to say. This was such a violation of my privacy with my medical information."
