"Chuck did a vinyl liner replacement on my inground pool in 2021. I'm getting ready to open it for the 3 year and I am still as happy as day one! This pool had set unused for a long period of time and needed the bottom redone as well. Chuck was fast(considering it was in the middle of summer). He was friendly and has extensive knowledge in his field. He was friendly and outgoing! He even came back after the pool filled and treated the water and set us up with the right with chemicals. "We hired this company March 2022 to replace our pool liner. the owner Chuck was very aggressive and wanted to paid same day. We paid them right away because they were referral from a pool maintenance company we where using. They didn’t start the job until 2 months later after several calls and no response from them. Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful people. He would show up without notice and just do whatever in our pool. Don’t returned our phone calls until 2 weeks later. If you want to over pay and get disrespected hired Chuck from A Vinyl Works.our lights in the pool is still not working and we had to hired a another company to fixed the issues they cause plus finish the job. I’m surprised this guy is still in business. Wow that’s all I can say."

"We had a great experience with this company the whole way around. I had done some reading and I noticed some reviews that mentioned the owner was out for a while. He is back and the company is in full swingand has been for some time now. Chuck came out and took all the measurements to exacting standards. You can see in the "before" picture that the old liner was bleached out and beat up. The holes are from the measuring process. They did everything they said they were going to do and then some. The craftsmanship invoved in the installation was top notch and I was pleasantly surprised with all of the small details they took care of. You can see from the "after" picture that they did a really nice job. You will definitely want to, at the very least, include them on your list of vendors to provide a quote. I think you will be very happy with the pricing and the level of customer service, which is a rare find in this day and age."
