"From my very first interaction with Brandon and Kristy, owners of Coastal Pool Builders, they have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Their background and knowledge gave us complete confidence that they were the pool builders to work with. We had talked to three other pool companies before speaking with them. I immediately knew from the first interaction that they were the company to go with. From identifying the best size pool for our yard, discussing with us best design for the pool and concrete, to pulling our permit, AND starting the project on the date they said they would. Not only did they start when they said they would, they finished the entire project from start to finish within three weeks. Kristy updated us everyday on what was going to happen and when it would happen, and went above and beyond in explaining everything there is to know about pools to us. Brandon and his crew were extremely profesional during the installation and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and leaving the construction area clean every day. Their workers showed up everyday at 8am and worked full days to get the job done in the time frame they said it would be completed (unlike all the other pool companies we have heard about). I give them our highest recommendation, if you are looking to install a pool talk to them first, and save yourself time,as you dont need to talk to other pool companies. Coastal Pool Builders are the absolute best. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they absolutely deserve it."
