"We stayed at Enota Mountain Retreat for a week, and had the most peaceful stay ever. Enota is quite secluded so the only sounds you hear are the birds, insects and the stream which ran on two sides of our RV. We hiked several trails with our dogs to both a huge waterfall, as well as the Appalachian trail. Both strenuous, but well worth the effort. There are many photos of Enota Mountain Retreat on the internet, but none compare with the actual beauty itself. It's a great place to immerse yourself in nature. Many thanks to our host, Dr Swan who made sure our stay was beyond our expectations. Enota is a gem, for sure."

"Our first trip to Enota Mountain Retreat was nothing short of amazing. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed for the entirety of our stay. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the trampolines and the farm animals. The cabin was very comfortable. I loved that we were able to enjoy the peaceful stream by sitting on our deck and the scenic views within the campground were breathtaking. We will definitely be returning!"

"Enjoyed the beautiful fall foliage. The cow was a favorite. The ducks in the trout pond were so cute. The bathhouse was mostly clean. Hot water would have been nice. The price for no water/no electricity is extremely high in comparison to other local sites. I give Enota Mountain Retreat 3 stars for 3 reasons: 1st - the price doesn't match with the value 2nd - no hot water in the shower or sinks 3rd - there is no monitoring after hours Unfortunately, campers staying at a nearby site were completely inebriated. They played loud music, yelled, screamed and were obnoxiously annoying from quiet time 11pm to 4am. This made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. We let the owner know that we decided to not submit ourselves to another night of drunken obnoxiousness. She was kind and she addressed the situation. Ultimately, the right answer would be to refund the price of the night we didn't stay."

"I understand that experiences are different for everyone but I was a little worried about some of these negative reviews. I spent 4 days and 3 nights here and even though it rained almost all weekend, we still had tons of fun. I stayed in RV spot 7 and I had plenty of space for my 25’ trailer and a large tent. I like the built-in decks on each site, water pressure was excellent and power was not an issue. The farm was cool and the two waterfall hikes were not difficult and provided a nice scenery. The town of Helen is 20 minutes away and there is another waterfall hike nearby, about a 10 minutes drive. The entrance to the campground needs a little work but nothing that ruins the experience, the front desk girl, Lauren, was a sweetheart, a pleasure to talk to and full of advise. They held a bonfire and have different activities throughout the day and night like feeding the animals in the farm. The handiman would drive around several times a day and seem attentive and friendly. Overall, this is a great campground, a little on the expensive side but there’s plenty to do in the campground and the surrounding areas. I’m going to book another trip here next year and see the rest of the stuff I missed. The one negative I got from this place but not enough to remove a star is the owner should be nicer to her employees, no need to be rude to them in front of the customers. The owner was nice to us though."

"We love Enota! We have gone two summers a row and are probably going back at Christmas. It so beautiful and peaceful. We love that we can park our RV right next to the stream and sit out by a fire and listen to the water. You can walk around and enjoy the beauty and hiking up to the waterfall is beautiful. The family thoroughly enjoys the farm and we love the friendly animals which are cows, lots of goats, ponies and we especially love the pig Henrietta! There are also some friendly cats on the property. We would visit the farm every day. The drive into Enota is not bad at all like some have said. We have a very large RV and tow a Jeep behind it and we have never had any problems. Our youngest son loves the trampolines and likes to get in the stream in certain areas. The town of Helen is not too far away and it’s a nice place to shop and eat. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, beautiful camping experience this is a great place!"
