"They are cheater and very bad service, we reserved ticket through them total 6 tickets to India for my family and we discussed everything on the phone about price and luggage while we were going after 13 years so I just wanted to make sure about how many bags and weight in each bag we can carry. So they issued tickets as we discussed and we paid same days. While we all are veg so we requested Veg food in flight but they did not requested on behalf of us so it was a big trouble for my mom and dad. Second and very important- when we were coming back at the Ahmedabad airport- they told me that we could carried only 1 bag as per our ticket that our agent purchased for us so I checked the itinerary and they were right my agent - Manish bought the tickets like that going to India with 2 bags and coming from India with 1 bag -who travels like this. So they all are cheater and gave you nice price but on other side they don't tell you about the baggages, so basically I paid 98000 Rupees on airport for all second baggages for all of my family member and luckily I had my credit card so I paid by my credit card otherwise if older people like our parents might stuck. So after coming back I asked them several times, they told me they will call back but nobody called me back yet so basically they all are cheater . PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND PUT YOU IN BIG TROUBLE DURING TRAVELLING."
