"Horrible experience with water testing by John (store manager). I went to get my water tested like I usually do weekly. My water was running was running high on chlorine 6.82 (normal 1-4) but suddenly according to this store it drop in just 2 days form 6.82 to 0.13!!! John proceeded to get me to buy 4 bags of salt, some fresh & clear, etc... I was skeptical so I went to where I usually go which is the Leslie's store by the Collection, and got the water retested. Chlorine level at 5.89!!! All the other levels were fine! John (Suwannee Leslie's pro) didn't even bother to retest the water or check the previous test. Nope! just wanted to sell more stuff, that's it! Needless to say that I will never go there ever again. I'll stick to my regular store at the Collection where they actually double check their findings."
