"Will never rent this place again. The lady that takes care of the rentals for this specific venue is rude, conoscending, and a know it all. I made a complaint on her and was told by upper management that she's usually not like this. She's usually "sweet." She was rude to us from start to finish. Every single phone call we made to inquire information was a headache. She was rude to my mother in law when she called in for cost. She was rude when my husband called in to see how early we can go in for set up as some venues do allow you to go in the night before to set up. She was rude when we called in to see if we can come see the place prior for measurements. She always have to give us an attitude and make a smart ignorant comment. Ofcourse it's common sense when planning a party, you need to make sure that your props will fit, you need to get measurements, you need to see the place, you need to inquire information on the what, when, and how. She spoke to us as if we were less than and as if we were senseless and unintelligent. She must have never planned a large event before in her life. Very unprofessional. If she hates her job that much, please go find another job as this park is a public park for the city. We do not want to work with someone like her."
