"Jeff Boyd coordinated our group's trip to the Galapagos. He arranged for our hotel stay and city tour in Quito, then our flights to the islands, our boat and our naturalist on the board, our flights back to Quito and our hotel stay before flying back to the United States. In every aspect, Jeff's work was excellent. We experienced very night hotels, great service, thoughtful guides, a luxurious boat and an exceptional naturalist for our time in the Galapagos. Jeff's knowledge of the options and the people he could connect with us made our trip exceptional and memorable. He was prompt and complete in answering all our questions so we could be fully prepared for this adventure and went the extra mile (even meeting with most of the group in person in Indianapolis to explain the trip and answer questions).
