"Shop here in person if you can! Since I work from home full-time, I did not want to blindly buy something without trying it out first. The showroom had lots of options on hand and because they sell refurbished models, I was able to afford a much higher quality office chair than I thought I could afford. The prices are heavily discounted from new and the quality was very near to new - only a few minor scuffs were visible on the chair I purchased. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all. Highly recommend"

"I was looking for a strong office chair for my home setup that was similar to a corporate setup. A number of different online distributors were charging pretty high prices for high-end office chairs like Steelcase and Herman Miller chairs. Visiting the Office Logix Showroom I was able to meet with Kamal and tryout number of different refurbished / renewed corporate office chairs and tryout different makes and models in person. In person options were not huge (a couple dozen models from a handful of brands) and most of the chairs do look noticably used (hence the cheaper prices). They do offer some new OfficeLogix brand chairs that meet a lot of the used prices. Definitely larger variety online and I would start there, but I found a chair at the showroom that I tried out, I liked the configuration, looked almost new (some scuffs and a slow lift cylinder, fine for me), and I was able to walk out the door with a chair after my only visit! I'm sure this was best case for any customer so I would expect a longer process if you don't find the exact chair in the showroom you like. Kamal was able to answer all my questions and give me a better price than online, including their own online site (by ~5%), for the Steelcase Leap chair that I was familiar with. 2 year Warranty for parts, 30 day exchange, 14 day refund. Great service and very convenient for those in the Columbus area! Thanks to Kamal and OfficeLogix for helping me get a chair that's going to be my workhorse for the foreseeable future!"

"Office Logix Shop is a great place to get a chair. I walked in and was immediately shocked by just how many chairs they had and thought I'd have a hard time selecting one. Thankfully I was greeted right away and the guy who was helping me narrowed down my choices based on what I was looking for to just a few. I ended up going with one of their own and brought it home to see how I liked it and it unfortunately just didn't fit my space (I have a sort of tall desk and I'm a rather tall person). I called them up and they took it back with no issue and I ended up going with a refurbished Herman Miller Embody and it's been great.
