"I purchased a watch from Kay jewelers in Southern Pines and the sales associate assured me that if I had any issues with the time or date or anything for that matter, then I can bring it in and they would help me out. Today I noticed the time and date was off so contacted the Kay jewelers near Lumberton. The lady assured me that they could correct the date and time on my watch. When I arrived, the lady told me that she could not help me. I told the lady that I called earlier and they assured me that they could. Very irritating! No apology or anything. I have a warranty too! I called the Southern Pines Kay’s and they instructed I head to their location. I do not recommend the Kay’s near Lumberton."
