I was on the phone with them and was transferred 4 times and never got the right person to cancel. Do not for any reason other than you have too much money in that case donate it to someone else"
"We met 2 hours with a travel planner for trip to Costa Rica. After going thru several options she promised to get back to us in 10 days. After her deadline I called and left one voice mail. After that I called two more times and was told she was in the office but on the phone and I left detailed info on my reason for calling. After one week, we gave up. So rude to not return phone calls. Another travel agent was able to help us book our trip same day. Our trip is in 3 months so we were concerned about getting it booked for peace of mind."
"I went through a lot of ignored emails and returned calls, had a difficult time getting them to upgrade our airline seats and our departure times.. Also, they had booked us at RDU to Charlotte with over a 3 hour layover. What since did they make? So whenever we changed our flight to just leave out of Charlotte, and they charged us more money.. I’ll never use them again.. one of the worst experience ever…"
