One of the agents involved in our transaction had to go sit in their lobby for hours to finally make contact with someone who could move the process forward. "This company has been absolutely horrible to work with. They did not explain the process at all and this was the only second time I have ever purchased a house. The first house I purchased went absolutely smooth from the get go! This time it has been a nightmare. I had absolutely no clue what I was supposed to do. They supposedly emailed me wire instructions, never got them and then was treated unprofessionally and basically called a liar when they questioned me about where the wire was and I had no idea what they were talking about. Then, they interrupted my orientation at my new job not once but twice to get the paperwork closed and the wire sent. I was humiliated that this happened at my brand new job. Now they are telling me that my wire was short because the needed 2 notaries so the day of they changed the amount due and said they tried to get in touch with me but couldn’t. Again, calling while I am at work. I am a nurse and am not allowed to have my phone with me. I refuse to be penalized by a company that cannot get their act together."
