"Filthy, dirty, nasty, disgusting. A great place to go if you want extra roommates in your condo with you...I call them roaches instead of roommates though. The front desk hardly ever had anyone there...constantly closed early due to "staffing issues" per the sign posted on the door. My family has been going here for 30 years and I'm sad to say after this last visit that I hope they burn the place down in September when the timeshare is up. A good burning down will get rid of the bug infestation."

"The office closed just as we arrived when on website they normally closed at 10:30pm but it was full with us having a room for next three days. Room was good size and had all you needed but stove needed one new eye. Hot tub didn't make bubbles but still warm and pool was warm too which good for time of year. Beautiful view oceanfront side and beach area great"

"An old resort but very clean and quiet. Beautiful views. Very cute. Pool is warm. Staff was very pleasant. Would have gotten a 5* but hot tub was out of commission for 3 days. But a better note they got it up and running."

"I was very nervous to stay here after the reviews that I read. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. Pool was open and clean. Room was spotless. Friendly and attentive staff. Yes it’s outdated. From what I was told, they are closing next year and they are putting up a new building. Probably why there are no updates being done. Amazing view of the ocean from the balcony if you get that side of the hotel. Kids pool Has been closed since I got here four days ago. Don’t know why, it didn’t affect me so I did not bother to ask. Steps away from the beach with its own beach access. Two showers for when you come off the beach. The two photos Posted are from the balcony."

"The hotel is getting old but they do what they can go keep the amenities up. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. The closet room would have been perfect for kiddos. Stay on the third floor or above to see the ocean (I'm assuming) as I stayed on the first floor. It is nice it had two TVs but the bedroom TV is small."
