"Use at your own risk! Hired in July 2023, based on his claim of veteran status, to conduct an estate sale for my elderly, recently widowed, veteran Aunt. He has yet to pay her the $1800 he owes. When contacted via text and email, Mr. Tuttle continues to say things like "The check was mailed...I'll have to see if it was cashed..." and "I'll have another check mailed on Friday." Fails to respond when asked why none of these checks were sent by registered mail so they could be tracked. Says he sent three checks and one was signed. Prove it. This is the same thing he has said in texts and emails yet won't provide a copy of the signed check nor the address that he sent the check to. Next step is filing a complaint with the NC BBB who will investigate."
"They have you sign a contract, which is pretty standard, but then they broke every single term of the contract. The date of the sale was changed twice without any communication. If we hadn’t been looking at the website we would have never known. Had to wait four weeks to get the check, and never got a list of items sold."
"Dogwood Estate Sales are my favorite! I always search out their sales first! Went to Greenville today. Sale was lovely. Most items were very high end pieces but were priced fairly. Looking forward to going back tomorrow for 1/2 priced day!"

"We’ve gotten some good stuff with Dogwood. Usually interesting houses some are the hoarding houses which are always fun and challenging. Great customer service and always a welcoming smile. The only thing is over the last year they have been going up on their prices and trying to get top dollar. All and all great company give them a visit you won’t be dissatisfied!!"
