"We used Epic Sands (Stacy) to help book our big vacation for 2023. Work often gets in our way and makes picking a vacation plan difficult. I explained this to Stacy along with descriptions of past vacations that we loved. She came back with a handful of possible destinations and we narrowed that list down to our top 2. Stacy then sent us accommodation options for our top choices and that's when we were able to make the decision. The area and home that she set us up with were perfect. We loved it all so much that we're talking about taking the same trip again soon. Stacy handled all of the bookings, and gave us all the information we needed for the trip in clear, easy to use formats. She reached out a few times before the trip to make sure we were all set, and during the trip as well to make sure everything was perfect. This was my first experience with a travel agent and I am convinced that Stacy and Epic Sands are a service I need for all big trips going forward. She took away all of the planning stress and really allowed me to focus on relaxing and enjoying this wonderful vacation."

She listened to what we wanted our trip to be and then planned the perfect trip for our anniversary. She took away all the stress of planning so all we had to do was pack and go. "We came across epic sand travels on a YouTube channel while we were reviewing resorts. We liked how they explained thoroughly each point that may be important to a traveler. Then they said at the end that they’re travel agents! I thought it was too good to be true as we’ve had some pretty bad experiences with previous travel agents. We almost decided to book our future trips ourselves until we came across epic sands. From the get go, they were quick to respond and very thorough in finding out what type of vacation we wanted to book. They sent us multiple options, outlining what we might like or might not prefer with each resort. I feel like they went way above and beyond & took the hassle out of hours of us researching each resort. We decided on a new resort we’ve never tried due to their recommendations and dare I say it was one of our favorites thus far! Plus, Stacy is our travel agent. And she made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. With previous travel agents it was impossible to get ahold of them. Not Stacy - she was amazing at checking in. But we didn’t even feel like we had to because she had already taken care of everything. also, Stacy went out of her way to add little things before, during, and after our trip to show her appreciation to us for using their company. It’s stuff like that which makes people feel good about trusting someone with your vacation! Thank you guys so much! Can’t wait for our next trip."
