"Holiday pools completed a new custom installation for us in early July 2023. We worked early on with Tom as he took us through options and suggested an excellent design with a sun shelf (that has been amazing for the grandkids). My biggest complaint was that they are so busy it took a while to get started and a while to complete. We had our setbacks - like a liner with a manufacturer defect that caused some delays but I have to say that they have addressed any concerns and worked with us the entire way. The true measure for me has been after the work was done and bills paid - they have responded immediately to any issues or questions. We installed in the summer so could not really run the heater. I had an issue the first time I tried it and they were out here the next day to take care of it. Every single person I interacted with (Christine, Dave, Tom, and many others) treated me like I was their only customer. I felt very comfortable that they knew what they were doing and we would be happy with the end product. No experience is perfect but if I were to build another pool, I would be working with them again."

"I had researched a few pool companies locally but settled on Holiday because they installed the original pool 17 years ago before I owned the home. I needed a new vinyl liner. Christine was wonderful and spent a lot of time helping us select the liner. The crew (Nick and his crew) were all 4 wonderful as well. There was a snag in the installation which was Foxx's responsibility. Christine handled it quickly and professionally.
