"AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! They were $4,898.07 off on our closing, closed our HOA before our sale was over, and didn’t get our HOA dues back which we paid a year in advance. All of this came to over $5,000.00 in which WE had to make our own phone calls to get. If that’s not enough, we revived a letter from our mortgage saying they closed out our loan wrong. What are they doing over there??"

"Not the best experience using this attorneys office to close on a house. Since when does a paralegal put together the final numbers for closing? If this is typical in the state of NC, then please hire someone who can do an accurate job and is able to explain the closing documents instead of putting you in a boardroom with the “front desk secretary” to sign and telling you to save your questions until they come back in. We are still waiting for our overpayment check from our HOA since the paralegal decided to cancel our HOA before we even closed. Not good."
