"I sold a rental property and this firm was chosen by the purchasing realtor to handle the closing. They mistakenly signed over the deed to my business with the rental property. When I was made aware of the error by the purchaser of the property (who thankfully is an honest person), it took 3 weeks to get a response from the firm. I was told it was corrected only to find out by another party 2 months later that it was not. I reached out again to the firm and was told in an email from the closing attorney that this was to be handled by a paralegal, making me feel as though I was bothering him. After another 2 weeks of no follow up as promised and reaching out to the firm multiple with no resolution, I contacted my attorney to get this resolved. It cost me several hundred dollars to get this firm to correct their egregious legal error. There are many options for closings and I would strongly advise against using this firm for their error and nonchalance in correcting their error."
