Originally, we booked the Grist Mill Cabin to stay in, however, some unseasonably cold weather came in and Pam recognized we would probably be more comfortable in another cabin that had a better heating system. She graciously offered to switch us to the other cabin at no extra charge. It's this attention to small details that makes this a special place. Oh yeah...and there's the INCREDIBLE view! Will definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay at the Grist Mill was exactly what we needed. Celebrating 22 years and counting. I went searching for private, romantic cabin in TN and got it. The bedroom window view was awesome. The claw foot tub was relaxing. There was no TV which meant lots of talking and uninterrupted conversion on the front porch while a nice breeze came thru. The hike near by at Margarette Fall was beautiful and the picnic lunch by Pam and ALL the other wonderful homemade goodies were fabulous!!! Pam was also very communicative. Town is not too far away so we gathered a few things there to snack on or ate dinner at the Mexican rest. with a yummy salsa bar! The last night we enjoyed the rainstorm on the metal roof. A perfect ending to our wonderful weekend stay. We already miss it."
